Turn pizza night into a giveback.

At PARLOUR Pizza + Pints, we believe great food brings people together — and strong communities are built around the table. Giving back has always been part of who we are, and our Fundraising Nights are one of the ways we support the schools, organizations, and neighbors that make our communities thrive. By putting people first and staying actively involved locally, we’re proud to turn a simple night out into meaningful support for the causes that matter most.

Fundraising nights

Fundraising at PARLOUR Pizza + Pints makes giving back simple. We partner with schools, nonprofits, sports teams, PTAs, and community organizations, making it easy to earn back money simply by dining together — no products to sell, no logistics to manage, just pizza, people, and community impact.

how it works

Participating organizations receive 15% of qualifying dine-in sales generated during the event. Fundraising Nights take place from 5:00PM to 9:00PM and are offered on Mondays at our Frankfort Avenue location and Tuesdays at all other PARLOUR Pizza + Pints locations. 

MAKE IT A SUCCESS

To maximize your fundraiser, we strongly recommend actively promoting your event to your community! Share it on social media, send emails, invite friends and family, and make it a night out. The more guests you bring in, the more funds you raise.

Is the fundraiser dine-in only?

Yes. Fundraising Nights are dine-in only. Takeout, delivery, and third-party orders do not qualify toward fundraising totals.

Do organizations need to be a registered nonprofit?

Not necessarily. Fundraising Nights are open to schools, nonprofits, sports teams, PTAs, and other community organizations.
However, donations are not tax-deductible unless the organization has verified 501(c)(3) status. PARLOUR does not provide tax receipts to individual diners. We will ask for a W9 upon scheduling. 

When and how are funds paid out?

Fundraising proceeds are typically issued within 30 days following your event. Payment will be made via check and will be mailed to the main point of contact provided in your application.

How much can we raise?

There’s no cap. Your organization receives 15% of qualifying dine-in sales from 5:00–11:00 PM during your scheduled Fundraising Night. Turnout and promotion play a big role — the more guests you bring in, the more you raise.

Can PARLOUR help promote our fundraiser?

We recommend that organizations lead promotion efforts to ensure the best turnout. While PARLOUR may share select events, promotion is not guaranteed.

What We Collect

Personal information, basically any data that can be used to identify or contact you is collected so we can service your requirements.  This could include your name, business name, address details, email, telephone numbers, or information pertaining to your exhibition stand requirements. You may also at times be asked to leave a message about your enquiry or project brief. Websites also collect your IP address through the use of Cookies (find out more about cookies below).

What We Do With The Information We Collect

Information is saved until the enquiry is dealt with, and then archived with the project or on cloud based systems if you are an ongoing client. We also retain your contact details and information in the emails you have sent, but you can request to have your personal details deleted at any time.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your express permission, or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you relevant information about services we offer, or information you need as part of the services we offer.

Data Security

In our continued commitment to ensuring that your information is secure and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • Data is stored on a secure cloud-based server or on a secure, password protected computer with limited user access.
  • Sending information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data while it’s in transit. Any data you send is at your own risk.
  • We have procedures including 2FA, passwords, restricted access and other security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.
