FAQs

What if a customer was already a Rewards member from the old program, will they have to sign up for the new PARLOUR Rewards?

Yes, existing members will need to sign up! This will allow them to read the terms & conditions and the privacy policy. Once they have signed up, the system will recognize their account info and will pull their rewards from the previous platform. They will then be able to use these points in the new points shop.

How can a customer look up their points?

By downloading the PARLOUR Pizza App on iPhone and Android phones, customers will have full access to their account, points, redeemable gifts, their personalized member ID, and online ordering. Customers can also look up their points through the online portal – Eatparlour.comosense.net. 

What is the birthday reward for being in the PARLOUR Rewards program?

We love birthdays and want to celebrate with you! If you are a PARLOUR Rewards member, you receive a free dessert. This reward will be automatically applied to your account. 

How does the sign-up reward of free breadsticks work?

Just for joining the PARLOUR Rewards program, we reward you with a FREE order of breadsticks with purchase of an entrée. This reward applies to new members only and expires 15 days from the date it was earned.

Can I still earn points if I forget to scan in-restaurant?

Yes! Just make sure to save your receipt. Open the PARLOUR Pizza app, click the main navigation icon, select add points, and fill out the form. A member from our team will be in contact and will assist in adding points from your most recent visit. 

How do I redeem Rewards for my in-restaurant /online orders?

Redeeming in-restaurant? Let your server know you are part of PARLOUR Rewards and would like to use a reward so they can scan your rewards QR code located in the PARLOUR Pizza app, you can also give them your phone number. Make sure you have the app installed and that you are logged into your rewards account. You can download our mobile app for both iPhone and Android phones.

Redeeming online? Make sure you sign-in online, if using your browser, before placing your order, add items to your cart and your available rewards will appear during check out before you hit Place Order. You can also order online through the app and earn and redeem rewards!
