FAQs

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders can be placed anytime up to 24hrs before your event.

CAN I ORDER CATERING THE SAME DAY AS MY EVENT?

Unfortunately not, we require at least 24hrs notice.

HOW MANY WILL EACH CATERING ITEM SERVE?

Each catering dish is designed to serve 6-8 guests.

ARE PLATES/UTENSILS INCLUDED IN MY CATERING ORDER?

Yes, plates, napkins, dipping sauces are all included in your catering order.

We do not provide cups with beverage bags.

CAN I REHEAT FOOD IN THE CONTAINERS PROVIDED VIA MICROWAVE OR OVEN?

We recommend you do not use a microwave to reheat food, please use your oven

IF I HAVE A PARTY OF 10, WHAT SHOULD I ORDER?

 Pizzas, ½ Pan Salad, 10 Breadsticks Bundle ($130). We recommend throwing in 25 wings as well!

IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Catering delivery varies by location. Please contact your local PARLOUR restaurant directly to discuss delivery and pick up options.

HOW DO I EDIT, CHANGE, OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Call the restaurant directly and ask to speak to your local PARLOUR restaurant leadership.

WILL CUPS AND ICE BE SERVED WITH MY GALLON BEVERAGE BAG?

No, we do not provide ice or cups.

Information is saved until the enquiry is dealt with, and then archived with the project or on cloud based systems if you are an ongoing client. We also retain your contact details and information in the emails you have sent, but you can request to have your personal details deleted at any time.

We may use your personal information to send you relevant information about services we offer, or information you need as part of the services we offer.
